Kiley Arroyo

Strategic Learning Initiative at William and Flora Hewlett Foundation

Kiley Arroyo serves as a Strategic Learning & Impact Assessment Consultant for the Bonfils-Stanton Foundation and holds the position of Executive Director at the Cultural Strategies Council. Kiley is also a Fulbright Specialist, a part of the Strategic Learning Initiative at the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, and an Adjunct Professor for Leading Transformational Change at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. Kiley's involvement extends to being a JEI Fellow at the Just Economy Institute and a Global Fellow and Program Curator at Salzburg Global Seminar. Additional roles include serving as a Strategic Advisor for Open Impact and contributing to the Kenneth Rainin Foundation's Arts Program. Kiley has gained relevant educational qualifications with a Master’s Degree in Public Policy & Management from University College Dublin and a Bachelor’s Degree in History of Art/Architecture from the University of Oregon, along with certifications in Permaculture Design and Collaborative Leadership for Racial Justice.
