Andrew Dolphin

Andrew Dolphin is an experienced educator and manager in the hospitality and higher education sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Higher Education at William Angliss Institute since January 2008, Andrew has held various roles including Associate Dean for Higher Education Operations and Senior Lecturer in Gastronomy, overseeing multiple degree programs and student administration. Prior experience includes coordinating and managing the award-winning Pelican Pantry training café, assisting operations at Quest Apartments, and managing the Yarra Glen Grand Hotel, where accommodation standards improved significantly. Andrew holds advanced degrees including a Master of Business in Hospitality and Tourism Education and a Master of Professional Education and Training, alongside a Graduate Certificate in Politics and Policy from Deakin University.
