Cady Swiler

Cady Swiler has had a diverse range of work experiences in the field of recruiting. Cady started their career at Planet Pharma as a National Recruiter, where they gained experience in sourcing and screening candidates. Cady then moved on to Centro, where they worked as a Recruiting Coordinator, supporting the recruiting process by managing coordination and assisting in recruiting responsibilities. Lastly, Cady joined William Blair, where they held various roles including Recruiting Operations Associate and Senior Recruiter, before eventually becoming the Lead Recruiter. In these roles, they focused on attracting high-quality talent and developing innovative talent-acquisition strategies, working closely with senior management to fulfill hiring objectives.

Cady Swiler obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Writing from DePauw University in the years 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging" and "Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" from LinkedIn in the year 2021.
