Lindsay Pierson

Lindsay Pierson, MSHR, SPHR, currently serves as Senior Benefits Manager at William Blair since August 2019, after previously holding the position of Benefits Manager. Prior to this role, Lindsay worked as an Account Manager at Pacific Resources from May 2018 to August 2019, managing benefit plans for 11 clients and overseeing the implementation of new carriers and coverage lines. Lindsay's career includes significant experience at Northwestern University, where roles encompassed Health & Welfare/Absence Manager and Supervisor of Benefit Operations, managing benefit administration and compliance for a large employee base. Earlier experience includes positions at CIGNA, focusing on training and development, quality assurance, and customer service.
