Justin Cuaresma

Justin Cuaresma is a seasoned benefits management professional with extensive experience spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Benefits at IMAX since September 2025, Justin leads the design and administration of global benefits programs, managing international benefits and pension programs. Prior to IMAX, Justin held the position of Benefits Manager at Age of Learning, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing global benefits programs and managing the full benefits lifecycle. Justin's career at LegalZoom, beginning in June 2008 and culminating in benefits management roles, provided a solid foundation in benefits administration and HRIS. Justin holds a degree from California State University, Northridge.
