Saurabh Neklikar

Saurabh Neklikar has a wealth of experience in the field of data science and analytics. Saurabh most recently served as the Head of Data Science & AI at William Blair. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President - Data Science at Northern Trust with Axiom Technology Group, where they established and led a data science practice and provided analytical solutions for wealth and asset management businesses. Saurabh also developed risk management solutions and managed a team of data scientists.

Before joining Axiom, Saurabh held various positions at IRI as the Vice President - Strategic Analytics, where they developed real-time/near real-time analytics solutions, built a big data analytics system, and performed model validation for risk management. Saurabh also worked as the Director of Decision Science at Centurylink Cognilytics, Inc., where they managed a data science team and provided analytical solutions for retailers, banks, and insurance firms.

Saurabh started their career as an Analytics Relationship Manager/Sr. Data Scientist at Tech Mahindra, where they managed an analytics team and provided business solutions for various industries. Saurabh also worked as a Credit Risk Manager at PNC Mortgage, where they managed a team of analysts and developed models for credit risk management and mortgage portfolio analytics.

Prior to PNC Mortgage, Saurabh worked at Citi as the DM Business Manager, where they managed credit card portfolios and contributed to the profitability of the company through customer behavior assessment and implementation of targeted strategies. Saurabh also held a position as a Business Consultant at Deloitte & Touche, where they consulted clients in various industries and built predictive models.

Saurabh's early experience includes roles as a Financial/Marketing Analyst at Chaudhary Group and a Financial Analyst at Godrej, where they gained experience in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting.

Saurabh Neklikar has a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Oklahoma State University, obtained from 2003 to 2005. Saurabh also holds a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from the University of Mumbai, completed from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, Saurabh has a Higher Secondary Certificate from New English School.

Saurabh has obtained certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute in December 2011, and a Data Mining Certificate from SAS Institute and OSU.
