Syreeta Harris Strickland

Syreeta Harris Strickland has a diverse range of experience in marketing and finance. Syreeta most recently served as the Head of Investment Banking Marketing at William Blair since March 2018. Before that, they held various positions at Mesirow Financial, starting as the Assistant Vice President of Capital Markets and Investment Banking Marketing in June 2013 and working their way up to become the Vice President. During their time at Mesirow Financial, they led the development and implementation of marketing programs for the firm's Global Markets division. Prior to Mesirow Financial, Syreeta worked at BMO Financial Group as a Marketing Manager, responsible for developing and executing marketing plans. Syreeta also worked as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at BMO Financial Group, where they successfully diversified growth avenues for the company through marketing programs and events. Earlier in their career, they served as an Insurance Manager at National Future Benefits and as a Marketing Associate at Engle Homes.

Syreeta Harris Strickland has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Syreeta also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from Arizona State University. In 2013, they obtained a Claritas® Investment Certificate from the CFA Institute.
