With a sound understanding of commercial strategy, Stephen participates in the management and growth of a range of middle-market businesses. He advises on areas including strategic planning, business growth, funding, budgeting and financial performance. He also sits on the advisory boards and management committees for many of his clients.
Stephen’s known by many as a coach or mentor. Using his experience together with management accounting and budgeting tools, he equips his clients with strong financial and management skills. And like any good coach, Stephen is fuelled by a sense of challenge, striving for the best outcome (however, complex the issue).
