Jeff Spencer

Jeff Spencer is an experienced operations manager specializing in power delivery and utility construction. Since January 2020, Jeff has been serving as Operations Manager at William Charles Construction Company, LLC. Previously, Jeff held the position of Director of Power & Utility at MZI Group, Inc., where responsibilities included leading electrical construction for substations and distribution across the Midwest and East Coast. Jeff also worked as Division Manager at Aldridge Electric, overseeing the construction of substations and EHV transmission lines, and held various managerial roles at MJ Electric and ComEd, including managing ComEd's overhead transmission maintenance department. Jeff started the professional career as a technician at Cygna Energy Services after earning a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology Manufacturing from Eastern Illinois University in 1989.
