Kelsey Kramer

Kelsey Kramer is an accomplished professional in the wine and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Education at William Chris Wine Company since January 2022. Kelsey originated the Hill Country Wine Academy and developed the Texas Wine Ambassador Certification course, focusing on Texas wine education. Previous roles include Content Marketing Manager at William Chris Wine Company, Tasting Room Ambassador, and various positions in the restaurant industry, where Kelsey trained staff, built sales channels, and maintained guest relations. A graduate of Ball State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting, Kelsey has demonstrated expertise in wine education, content marketing, and customer service throughout a diverse career.
