Aileen Chow

Aileen Chow is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Sales & Marketing Director at Demant since April 2019, Aileen leads a team with full P&L responsibilities, develops annual budgets, and executes market-driven strategies. Prior to this, Aileen was General Manager at i.Dental Group of Clinics, where the first Invisalign flagship clinic was launched. Aileen’s career includes significant roles at Johnson & Johnson Vision as Business Development Manager, achieving a 25% growth in the lasik business in APAC, and as Marketing Director at Shinagawa Lasik Centre, where Aileen launched the center and achieved breakeven in the first year. Aileen has also held key positions at CIBA Vision, J&J, Gillette Singapore, and Nestle Singapore, demonstrating a strong track record in brand management and market development. Aileen holds a degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from NTU.
