Claus Magnusson Beck

Claus Magnusson Beck is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and marketing within the hearing care industry. Currently serving as Vice President of International Sales for Demant's Hearing Care division, Claus oversees a revenue portfolio exceeding DKK +3 billion, managing over 4,000 employees across 10 countries and more than 2,000 clinics. Previously, as Vice President of Marketing at Audika, Claus successfully led marketing initiatives that enhanced clinic traffic and performance, while also directing a transformative integration process following Demant's acquisition of Audika. Claus's career includes roles as Retail Business Development Manager at Demant and Management Consultant at Implement Consulting Group, complemented by foundational experience as a research assistant in financial services. Claus holds multiple degrees in finance, accounting, economics, and business management from prestigious institutions, including Copenhagen Business School and Rikkyo University.
