Rasmus Villefrance is an accomplished IT and software development leader with extensive experience across various technical roles. Currently serving as the Head of IT Compliance at Demant since June 2022, Rasmus previously held the position of Head of Digital Development at Oticon Medical, leading a multi-site team in developing advanced surgical software for hearing implants. Prior roles include Information Security Officer and Development Manager at Configit, where Rasmus drove ISO 27001 certification and oversaw software development. Rasmus has also managed offshore software development at Radiometer and contributed significantly to product development at Nokia, achieving key project milestones and maintaining high employee retention. Holding a Ph.D. in Power Engineering and an M.Sc. in Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, Rasmus combines strong technical expertise with strategic management skills.
