Phil Doughty

Phil Doughty began their work experience in 2003 as a professional footballer for Blackpool Football Club, a role they held until 2008. In 2008, they joined William Hare Group as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor and worked their way up to the position of UK Commercial Director, a role they currently hold since September 2022. During their time at William Hare Group, they also served as a Commercial Manager, Senior Quantity Surveyor, and Quantity Surveyor. Additionally, they worked as a Quantity Surveyor for William Hare UAE LLC from November 2013 to February 2014.

Phil Doughty began their education in 2008 when they enrolled at Blackpool and Fylde College. Phil completed a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Construction during their time there, graduating in 2010. Following this, from 2010 to 2013, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying at the University of Central Lancashire. In 2013, Phil Doughty furthered their education by attending Bury Business College, where they obtained a Certificate in Leadership and Management with a focus on ILM Level 3.
