Shaun Stubbs

Shaun Stubbs has extensive experience in the structural steelwork industry. Shaun began their career as a Managing Quantity Surveyor at Philip Quantrill Limited, where they managed all commercial aspects of contracts for the UK market. Shaun later joined William Hare Group Ltd as a Managing Quantity Surveyor, where they were primarily responsible for managing the commercial aspects of UK projects but also had some involvement in overseas projects. Shaun then worked as a Commercial Manager at Cleveland Bridge and Engineering Middle East LLC, gaining experience in the UAE and MENA regions on a variety of projects. Currently, Shaun is the Commercial Director at William Hare UAE LLC, overseeing all commercial aspects of the business including quantity surveying and procurement.

Shaun Stubbs holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honors degree in Quantity Surveying from Anglia Ruskin University. Prior to that, they completed a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Civil Engineering and an Ordinary National Certificate (ONC) in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Norwich City College. In terms of their secondary education, Shaun attended Framingham Earl High School from 1981 to 1986.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Shaun has obtained certifications from various institutions. Shaun received the ICIOB certification from The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) in March 2014. In September 2005, they were awarded the RICS Eastern Award for Achieving Excellence Consistently Throughout the Surveying Programme by RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
