Gillian Boston

Gillian Boston is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management within the food industry. Currently serving as Group People Manager at William Jackson Food Group since April 2021, Gillian previously held various roles at Jacksons, including Head of People, People Manager, and HR Advisor, from January 2015 to April 2021. Prior to this, Gillian worked as an HR Advisor at MyFresh and as a Group HR Assistant at William Jackson Food Group. Gillian began a career in HR at John Lewis, working as a Learning and Development Coordinator and Recruitment Coordinator from January 2012 to September 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Lincoln and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from The University of Sheffield.
