Ceri Rowland is an accomplished professional in the field of people and organisational development, currently serving as Chief People Officer and Group General Manager People and Culture at Douglas Pharmaceuticals since July 2019. Previously, Ceri held key roles such as Head of Culture and Learning at The Warehouse Group and Senior Organisational Development Consultant at Air New Zealand and Grafton Consulting. Ceri's extensive experience also includes leadership development at Kiwibank and advisory roles at Customs NZ and the Ministry of Health New Zealand. Ceri possesses a Bachelor of Business Studies in Human Resource Management from Massey University, along with certifications in first-line management and general insurance.
