Alice Winter

Alice Winter is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Managing Consultant at William James Recruitment since November 2022, following a role as Senior Recruitment Consultant. Previously, Alice worked as a Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution Solicitor at Co-op, managing high-value contractual claims and providing strategically focused legal advice. Prior to that, as an Associate Solicitor at Trowers & Hamlins, Alice handled commercial and property litigation for various stakeholders, and at Dean Wilson LLP, Alice managed a significant volume of possession cases. Alice's legal career began as a Paralegal at FAO, where valuable communication skills were developed through researching and drafting press releases. Alice holds an LPC from BPP Law School and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Leeds.
