Brendan Wyhoon is the Founder and Managing Partner at William James, a position held since May 2014. Previously, Brendan served as a Partner at K&L Gates from March 2007 to April 2014, where Brendan was the national head of the Banking, Insolvency & Disputes practice. Brendan specializes in commercial litigation, banking disputes, and various aspects of insolvency work, including advisory, restructuring, and litigation.
