Blair has more than 20 years of proven strategic communications experience with both for-profit and non-profit organizations. During his tenure at William Mills Agency, his responsibilities have included strategic planning, media plan development, account team supervision, crisis communications, media/executive training, corporate and product launch programs, content marketing program development and execution, print and digital media relations and writing/editing for a wide range of clients (ranging in size from start-ups to enterprise organizations) operating within the financial services, mortgage, healthcare, auto, retail, mobile and general technology industries. He has led account planning meetings and overseen public relations plan development and execution for dozens of agency clients and as executive vice president, his responsibilities are shared between management of one of the agency’s public relations account teams and as strategic advisor and content manager for the agency’s Marketing Services team.
