Victoria Ghandour

Victoria Ghandour has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in cybersecurity, privacy, and health information management. In 2019, they served as the Privacy Manager at Trillium Health Partners. Victoria then went on to work at William Osler Health System, where they held two director positions. These roles included overseeing cybersecurity, privacy, health information management, and freedom of information. Victoria Ghandour's work experience shows a strong background in managing and ensuring the security and privacy of healthcare information.

Victoria Ghandour holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Administration from Carleton University. Victoria also obtained a Certificate in Information Access and Protection of Privacy from the University of Alberta. Their undergraduate studies were completed at York University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Society and Philosophy.
