Deborah K. Zastocki

Deborah K. Zastocki is currently a Trustee at William Paterson University of New Jersey, and previously worked as the President and CEO of Chilton Hospital from 1997 to 2015. Deborah has over 30 years of experience in healthcare administration, nursing, teaching, and authoring. Under their leadership, Chilton Memorial Hospital has focused on being a work place of choice for staff, the preferred choice for patients, and the facility of choice for physicians.

Deborah K. Zastocki earned their Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, their Bachelor of Arts in Nursing from the University of Rhode Island, their Master of Arts in Nursing from Columbia University, and their Master of Education in Community Health from Columbia University.
