Patricia Dykes

Patricia Dykes has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Patricia worked as the SVP of Deposit Operations at William Penn Bank from February 2015 to the present, where they managed day-to-day deposit operations and implemented business plan initiatives to enhance operations. Prior to that, they were the Vice President - BSA Officer and Retail Support at 3rd Fed Bank from June 2006 to November 2014, overseeing retail operations and directing branch operational procedures. Patricia also served as the Vice President of Branch Operations at First Federal of Bucks County from September 1979 to June 2006, where they supervised branch staff and internal deposit operations, developed operational procedures, and designed and implemented new deposit products and services.

Patricia Dykes completed their Associates degree in Business Management at Bucks County Community College. Patricia then pursued further education at Rider University from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Additionally, they attended the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking from 2003 to 2005, but the degree and field of study are not specified.
