Cory Moy

Cory Moy is an experienced educator specializing in Mandarin Chinese language instruction, currently serving as a Chinese Teacher and Upper School Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Coordinator at William Penn Charter School since June 2017. Prior experience includes teaching positions at Middleton High School and Glacier Creek Middle School, where Cory taught various levels of Mandarin from beginner to intermediate for grades 5 through 12. Additionally, Cory has a background as a freelance translator at Globe Language Services, translating over 600 documents and possesses expertise in Chinese and English translations. Cory has also worked as Course Coordinator and Head Lecturer for Chinese 101 at Binghamton University, designing curriculum and mentoring fellow educators. With a Master of Education in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language from National Taiwan Normal University and a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and Chinese from Binghamton University, Cory is dedicated to advancing language education and fostering inclusive learning environments.
