Greg Jarmas

Greg Jarmas is an Associate at Ballard Spahr LLP, specializing in Commercial Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Emerging Companies and Venture Capital since October 2023. Previously, Greg served as a Summer Associate at Ballard Spahr LLP and Cozen O'Connor, where responsibilities included preparing legal documents and conducting legal research on various corporate matters and commercial law issues. As a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Nitza Quiñones Alejandro, Greg drafted legal opinions and researched issues in civil cases. Greg’s diverse background also includes public policy research for Cozen O'Connor Public Strategies, a successful career as a touring professional golfer with a title as the 2017 Pennsylvania Open Champion, and coaching golf at both Lower Merion High School and William Penn Charter School. Greg holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and an A.B. in Politics from Princeton University.
