Marianne Master

Marianne Master serves as the Director of Teaching and Learning at William Penn Charter School, where responsibilities include directing the in-house Teaching and Learning Center to enhance faculty professional development. Previously, Marianne held various roles within the school, including Interim Assistant Director of Upper School, 9th and 10th Grade Dean, and Latin Instructor, teaching courses from Latin I to Advanced Placement Latin Literature. Other notable positions include Co-Chair of the Committee on Teaching and Learning and Chair of the Foreign Language Department, where curriculum development and faculty supervision were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes teaching Latin at The Country Day School of the Sacred Heart. Marianne holds both a B.A. and M.A. in Classics and History from Villanova University.
