Frank Kolb

Frank Kolb has extensive experience in the real estate, mortgage, and insurance industry. Frank is currently the Senior Vice President of Coaching and Strategic Growth at William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance, where they are responsible for retaining the sales team and recruiting loan officer hires in multiple territories. Frank manages a sales team of approximately 34 loan officers. Prior to this role, Frank held various positions at William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance, including Regional Vice President of Sales and Executive Mortgage Banker. In these roles, they achieved top rankings within the company, grew the Connecticut territory, and recruited, trained, and coached new hires. Frank also has experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator at First Liberty Mortgage Company and as a System Administrator at Nova Southeastern University.

Frank Kolb obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Nova Southeastern University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Frank then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Management Information Systems and Services from the same university, graduating in 2001.
