Alison Truwit

Alison Truwit is an accomplished designer currently employed at William Rawn Associates, Architects, Inc. since August 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Student Instructor at the Taubman College of Architecture + Urban Planning, University of Michigan, where instruction focused on academic speaking and writing for international graduate students. Alison's architectural journey encompasses internships and positions at renowned firms including New Affiliates, T+E+A+M, Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, MULTIPLICITIES, and Fortuna Realty Group, where key projects involved exhibition design and construction documentation. Academically, Alison holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis, complemented by a teaching role as an Alberti Educator, promoting architecture education among inner-city students.
