Jeremy Bailey

Jeremy Bailey is an experienced construction management professional with a strong background in the homebuilding industry. Currently serving as the Area Construction Manager at William Ryan Homes since September 2022, Jeremy has previously held the position of Area Manager at Antares Homes and Project Manager at Toll Brothers for eight years. Earlier career roles include Production Manager at John Houston Homes and Grand Homes, accumulating extensive expertise in managing construction projects and production operations. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas Tech University, where education was pursued from 1996 to 1998.
