Mike Ross is the Vice President of Marketing Technology at William Thomas Digital. Prior to this role, Mike served as the Director of Digital Messaging at Loblaw Digital, where Mike led the Digital Messaging Centre of Excellence. Mike also held positions at Ariad Communications, Rogers Communications, Thomas Cook North America, and The Hospital for Sick Children. Mike has a proven track record in designing customer lifecycle strategies and implementing data-driven marketing automations. Mike holds a BSc in Computer Science from Ryerson University.
