Jocelyn Hill, CPA, CGFM, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the public and private sectors. Since January 1993, Jocelyn has served as a Partner at Williams, Adley & Company-DC, LLP, focusing on assurance, consulting, and information technology services for the federal government, particularly in the Housing and Mortgage Industry. Prior to this, Jocelyn was a Senior Accountant at Irving Burton Associates from July 1988 to December 1992, providing financial management services to federal agencies with a specialization in FHA claim services. Earlier career experience includes a role as Supervising Senior at KPMG, leading financial statement audits for various organizations. Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Howard University and is currently pursuing executive training at Harvard University.
