Bob Cushman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Bob began their career in 1990 as an Electrical Engineer at Loram Maintenance of Way. From 1993 to 1997, they worked as a Control Systems Programmer at Entertainment Designs, programming complex home entertainment systems. In 1998, Bob joined HighJump Software as a Programmer/Analyst, utilizing proprietary software to develop solutions for the warehousing industry.

Bob transitioned to the audio/video field in 2001, working as a Control Systems Programmer at Audio Video Dimensions until 2006. Bob then joined Xtreme Sight & Sound as a Sales/IT Support specialist until 2007. From 2007 to 2008, Bob worked as a Technical Writer at Lighthouse1.
