Paul Palmer

Paul Palmer, P.Eng., MBA, serves as the Director of Engineering at Williams Communication Services since September 2017, and has been a Principal Consultant at Novel Integrated Solutions Inc. since May 2010. With extensive experience in engineering management, RF systems solutions, and design, Paul has contributed to operational and strategic management for engineering entities, producing system designs and RF solutions for public safety and commercial sectors. Previously, Paul held key engineering roles at RKP Wireless Solutions Group Inc., Fiber-Span, Navair, Powerwave Technologies, Kaval Wireless Technologies, HP, and Cable & Wireless Communications. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Advanced Business Management and Business Strategy from Lansbridge University and a B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
