Baker also has experience as a Construction Manager for Christs Hope International in Namibia and held the role of Superintendent at Centex Homes, focusing on procurement and project budgeting. Baker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from John Brown University, where education commenced in 1994 after attending Rift Valley Academy from 1986 to 1994.
