Jim Baker is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Superintendent at Williams Company since June 2014, Baker previously worked as a Superintendent at Moss and Associates, where contributions included the design and management of the Give Kids the Worlds' splash pad and pool project. Baker also has experience as a Construction Manager for Christs Hope International in Namibia and held the role of Superintendent at Centex Homes, focusing on procurement and project budgeting. Baker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from John Brown University, where education commenced in 1994 after attending Rift Valley Academy from 1986 to 1994.
