Grace Aduroja

Grace Aduroja is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching, leadership initiatives, and legal practice. Currently serving as the Manager of Women's Initiatives at Williams & Connolly LLP since January 2022, Aduroja also operates as an Executive Coach and Facilitator with Strong Skills and founded State of Grace LLC, where similar roles are undertaken. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Director in the Office of Career Strategy at Georgetown University Law Center and Senior Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer at The Walker Marchant Group. Aduroja has a solid legal background with prior associate positions at Polsinelli PC and Williams & Connolly LLP. The career began in journalism with roles at the Chicago Tribune and The Wall Street Journal, culminating in rapid advancements in the field. Aduroja holds an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, and a B.A. in Journalism from Wayne State University.
