Jim Jackson is an experienced IT operations and training professional with a comprehensive background in managing technical support teams and developing instructional programs. Currently serving as the IT Support Operations Manager and Help Desk Manager at Williams & Connolly LLP since September 2013, Jim oversees a team of 13 employees focused on various support services. Previously, Jim worked at Fox Rothschild LLP as the Director of Information Services Training and Technical Support Services, where responsibilities included leadership and the development of learning strategies for desktop applications. An extensive tenure includes roles at PECO Energy and a distinguished military career in the US Army, culminating as a Major with diverse leadership positions. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communications from PennWest Clarion and completed various military training programs, including the US Army Ranger School.
