Helen Askim has extensive experience in public administration and human resources, currently serving as County Administrator for Williams County since November 1997. Over the years, Helen has held various significant roles within the county, including Director of HR, Communications, and GIS, HR Director, IT Coordinator, and Deputy VSO/Red Cross Chapter Manager. Prior to their tenure at Williams County, Helen worked in human resources at Dakota Clinic and as an administrative assistant at Office Machines & Furniture/Steffens. Additionally, Helen gained retail experience at Herberger's. Helen holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Human Resources from Minnesota State University Moorhead, achieved between 1993 and 1997.
