Cindy Sidhu has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Cindy began their career as a Human Resources Advisor at Invis in 2006, where they focused on HR responsibilities for Western Canada. Cindy then moved on to Kwantlen Polytechnic University as a Human Resources Advisor from 2008 to 2012. Following that, they worked at Douglas College as a Human Resources Advisor for a year before joining Calgary Laboratory Services as an HR Consultant in 2013. At Calgary Laboratory Services, Cindy was responsible for providing HR coaching and advice, as well as leading the job evaluation process for unionized positions.

In 2014, they transitioned to Alberta Public Labs Ltd., where they served as a Senior HR Consultant until 2019. In this role, they provided labour relations consulting, played a lead role in HR program development, and demonstrated effective leadership and mediation skills.

Afterwards, Cindy joined Salopek & Associates Ltd. as a Sr. HR Consultant, where they supported clients in the execution and implementation of HR programs. Cindy provided strategic and operational HR support, ensuring compliance and assisting with challenging people issues.

In 2020, Cindy joined Inspired HR Ltd. as a Human Resources Consultant, where they provided expert advice and guidance on people practices, policies, and processes.

Currently, Cindy works as the Director of Human Resources at Williams Engineering Canada Inc., where they are responsible for leading the development and improvement of HR practices, programs, and systems, as well as providing overall direction and strategic planning for HR goals.
