Tom Fletcher

Tom Fletcher is a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer specializing in Powertrain Integration, currently employed at Williams Racing since October 2023. With a background as Lead Project Engineer at Polar Technology Management Group from July 2022 to May 2024, Tom has also gained extensive experience as a Project Design Engineer at SST Technology between March 2019 and September 2022. Prior to that, Tom served as an Assistant Race Engineer at RJN Motorsport Nissan Nismo from January 2018 to February 2019 and as a Junior Engineer at RJN Motorsport from May 2014 to February 2019. Tom holds a degree in Motorsport Technology, Engineering from Oxford Brookes University, completed in 2016.
