Kyle Milano is an experienced professional in the homebuilding industry, currently serving as Division President for Southern California at Williams Homes since June 2021. Previously, Kyle held key positions at KB Home, including Vice President of Operations and Director of Land Acquisition from December 2017 to June 2021. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at Toll Brothers and Director of Operations at ETCO Homes. Kyle started a career at DR Horton, where the role of Vice President of Operations was held from August 2002 to January 2008. With a strong background in operations and land acquisition, Kyle has demonstrated leadership and expertise across multiple organizations.
