Matt Klein

Matt Klein has a strong background in finance, real estate, and consulting. Matt is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Williams Homes, where they oversee all financial operations and land acquisition activities. Matt has also played a key role in capital raises to fund the acquisition of over 3,000 units. In addition, they are the President of Ameden Capital Corporation and has held positions as a Partner and Operating Partner at L2 Capital Partners. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Director at KPMG LLP and as the Executive Vice President of Finance and Operations at W&K Development LLC. Matt began their career as a Director at Alvarez and Marsal.

Matt Klein earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Real Estate and Law (FRL) from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. Matt attended this institution from 1991 to 1993. Later, they pursued higher education and completed their MBA in Finance at the Texas McCombs School of Business, where they studied from 1997 to 1999.
