Abdelkader Fares

Abdelkader Fares is a Lead Project Engineer at Williams International since May 2017, specializing in engine development and certification testing. Responsibilities include writing test plans and reports, administering rigorous safety testing for flight hardware, troubleshooting issues during testing, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion. Prior to this role, Abdelkader worked as an Apprentice Engineer II at DENSO from January 2015 to May 2017, supporting the design and development of thermal systems, managing benchmark activities, and coordinating testing for thermal components. Abdelkader holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Bio Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, completed in 2017, and graduated from Dearborn High School in 2012.
