Jennifer Flora has over 15 years of experience in engineering and program management within the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as the Requirements, Safety and Reliability Team Leader and Lead Engineer at Williams International since December 2017, Jennifer previously held the position of Engineering Manager - Actuation and Systems/Test Engineering Lead at Beaver Aerospace & Defense, Inc., where responsibilities included leading system engineering and testing for various electromechanical actuator programs. Prior experience includes serving as Systems Integration/Test Lead at AAR Cargo Systems, overseeing verification and qualification processes for the A400M Aircraft, and working as a Test Engineer at Faurecia Interior Systems. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University, obtained in 2007.
