John Dressler is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the electronics manufacturing sector, specializing in the development and production of electronic systems for various applications. Currently serving as the Lead Electronics CCA Manufacturing Engineer at Williams International, John has played a pivotal role in setting up a new greenfield CCA factory and implementing advanced manufacturing processes. Prior experience includes positions such as Electronics Program Manager at Brose Group, where coordination of electronics development teams was key, and multiple roles at HARMAN International, where John led process design and engineering efforts for connected products. John also brings experience as a Process Engineer at Jabil, alongside a strong academic background with a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Michigan State University.
