Matthew Dixon

Matthew Dixon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in safety management, reliability engineering, and leadership, currently serving as a Safety Board Officer at Williams International since February 2013. Matthew manages safety-related root cause investigations and coordinates multi-disciplinary team efforts involving engineering, business development, and legal counsel. Previous roles at Williams International included Lead Reliability Engineer II and Lead R&D Test Engineer, where Matthew enhanced product reliability and led critical life management programs. Earlier professional experiences include co-founding Taftware, developing mobile applications at Lighted Path Technologies, and engineering roles at Pratt & Whitney focused on systems design and integration. Matthew holds an MBA from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering.
