Rachel Baxter

Rachel Baxter serves as Vice President and General Counsel at Williams International since May 2024. Previously, Rachel held the position of Assistant General Counsel for North America at Kongsberg Automotive from March 2009 to April 2024, providing strategic legal support and advice across diverse corporate divisions in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Rachel's legal career includes roles at Masco Corporation as Associate Corporate Counsel, Delphi Corporation as Attorney, and Pepper Hamilton LLP as Associate Attorney, focusing on commercial law and mergers and acquisitions. Early in the career, Rachel worked as a Financial Analyst at Ford Motor Company. Rachel holds a JD from the University of Michigan Law School, an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, and a BA in English from the University of Michigan.
