Sean Leake

Sean Leake is an experienced attorney currently representing clients in business and commercial litigation at Williams Kastner, focusing on regulatory compliance, administrative law, shareholder disputes, and appellate matters since January 2019. Previously, Sean worked at Ashbaugh Beal and contributed as a student attorney at the I.R.S. Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, where representation involved tax controversy proceedings for low-income individuals and small businesses. Additional experience includes roles as a summer associate at Ashbaugh Beal and a paralegal at Microsoft, where support was provided to the Subsidiary Management Group. Sean’s professional journey began with an internship at WDS, providing market analysis support, and earlier served as an associate at Nordstrom, enhancing customer relations and sales strategies. Sean holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Studies from the University of Washington.
