K Blesson John

K Blesson John has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 2001, they worked as an Auditor at Praful, Ramesh and Narayanan Chartered Accountants. In 2003, they became a Team Leader at Choice Connex, where they successfully turned around loss-making campaigns through restructuring and quality initiatives.

In 2004, K Blesson John joined Sutherland Global Services as a Team Leader for service delivery. Then in 2007, they moved to Zenta (now Accenture) as an Assistant Operations Manager, responsible for mortgage processing and underwriting.

In 2008, K Blesson John joined Williams Lea India Pvt Ltd as an Operations Manager, focusing on the legal, mortgage, and professional services sectors. K Blesson implemented process reengineering, resulting in improved service delivery and increased revenues. K Blesson also launched a platform for innovative ideas, leading to the implementation of many successful changes within client systems.

K Blesson John continued to grow within Williams Lea, taking on the role of Senior Operations Manager in 2012. K Blesson recouped and fortified service delivery while establishing LiME, a platform for innovative ideas. During their time as Vice President Operations at Williams Lea Tag from 2016 to 2018, they exceeded EBIT targets, made successful investments in key talent, and achieved top-line organic growth.

In 2018, K Blesson John became the Director of Operations at WilliamsLeaTag, where they focused on restructuring and delivering progressive user experiences. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director at Williams Lea India, partnering with global/regional leadership and overseeing the organizational workings, policies, and procedures.

Throughout their career, K Blesson John has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a focus on exceeding stakeholder expectations.

K Blesson John's education history includes completing an Executive Development Program in Leadership and Change Management at XLRI Jamshedpur in 2017-2018. K Blesson also participated in the IIM Management Development Program - Creative problem solving for organisational excellence at the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong in 2017. In the same year, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from KPMG. K Blesson holds a Post Graduate degree from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies which they pursued from 2015 to 2016. K Blesson John earned a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from R A Podar College of Commerce and Economics from 1998 to 2003. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Skills for Inclusive Conversations, and Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in 2020.
