Amanda Bird-Johnson

Amanda Bird-Johnson is an experienced associate attorney at Williams Mullen since September 2019, specializing in complex commercial litigation at both state and federal levels. Prior to this role, Amanda served as a law clerk for the Honorable David J. Novak at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, where responsibilities included drafting opinions and managing appeals dockets. Amanda's legal journey also includes an externship with the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia, providing research on constitutional issues, and various internships and assistant roles that contributed to a solid foundation in legal research and writing. Amanda holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies and Political Science from Virginia Tech.
