Billie Jo Brooks

Billie Jo Brooks has extensive experience in library services and information technology, having worked at Williams Mullen since 1992. They have held various titles such as Chief Administrative Officer, Director of Technology and Information Services, Director of Knowledge Management, and Director of Library Services. Their responsibilities have included managing all aspects of IT and library departments, overseeing strategic planning and resources, negotiating contracts for online services, and implementing innovative projects. Prior to Williams Mullen, they also worked as a Reference Librarian at McGuireWoods LLP.
